Vote Results: 4 to 2 — the Amendments Pass
The following table shows how the Village Trustees voted on the proposed zoning code amendments. The amendments passed by a 4 to 2 vote. Trustees Dillon and O'Brien strongly supported the amendments; Trustee Prinz seemed to waver for a while before he cast his vote for the amendments. Trustee Heppes saw through it all and quickly voted “no.” Trustee Swanson, who asked the most questions of the people who spoke at the Village Board meeting, voted “no” after thoughtful deliberation.
